With 29 years of unwavering dedication to the mortgage lending industry, Niccole brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every interaction. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving in various capacities within lending, each role shaping my understanding and approach to meeting the diverse needs of clients.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find immense joy in my roles as a parent to three wonderful adult children and a doting grandparent to six cherished grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and it's this foundation that drives my commitment to creating secure financial futures for families like yours.
In my spare time, you'll often find me immersed in my passions for gardening and cooking. There's something deeply gratifying about nurturing life in the garden and crafting delicious meals to share with loved ones. My involvement in the church community also holds a special place in my heart, providing me with spiritual nourishment and a sense of purpose.
Above all, I take pride in creating welcoming spaces where people feel valued and at ease. Whether it's through my lending expertise or my knack for hospitality, my ultimate goal is to make everyone feel at home, supported, and empowered on their financial journey.

She currently serves as an active member of several professional affiliations throughout DFW including NAREB (National Association for Real Estate Brokers. Niccole's servant heart and warrior spirit has been the major key to her success. She leans to her favorite scripture Phil 1:6 for confidence in her abilities; and finds great joy in knowing she's helped many families all over the country achieve wealth through homeownership.
RHONDA HUTCHISON

Born under the sign of Leo, she was destined to be a compassionate leader. She knew that her passion was helping others and making everyone that she met feel as though they were the most important person in the world. Here motto is that “Everyone is important, and everyone matters”. When asked to describe herself, she does not hesitate to say that she is a mother of two daughters and four granddaughters.
Her purpose in life is to be a blueprint for her daughters and to model that through hard work and determination, you can go places beyond your imagination. While in the corporate world at FedEx Corp in various finance roles, she knew that there was a bigger calling on her life and sitting behind a desk crunching numbers was not her destiny. She knew that her purpose was to make a difference in the lives of others, but she didn’t know exactly what that would be.
While purchasing her third home in October 2014, she became intrigued with the process and knew that communication and education is key to the home-buying process.
After retiring from FedEx Services after 30 years of service, she stepped into the world of Mortgage Lending where she has made her biggest impact. She knew that she could make a huge difference by serving families during the home-buying process through education, guidance, and compassion. She has served in many leadership capacities in the mortgage and real estate industry; however, her biggest contribution as a lender and a leader came later.
During COVID and post-pandemic, she realized that there is a greater need for senior homeowners. Due to economic conditions, seniors – especially those in the African American Community- were suffering financially but had a resourceful tool that could change their lives. Her mission today is to use her platform, as a CEO of Emergence Mortgage, to educate senior homeowners who have a financial need, desire a lifestyle change, or require supplemental retirement income.
She is currently releasing a book to educate and guide the African American community through the Reverse Mortgage process; as well as debunk the myths that are plaguing the community. If I must describe her, she is dedicated to superb customer service and is determined to set herself apart in this industry by simply being who she was born to be-----a strong, passionate woman who leads and serves with her heart. She is indeed “The Loan Lioness”.
